The LTA has updated its guidelines as at 30th June regarding resumption of tennis activities, with a further review likely sometime in mid-July. There remain some differences between England and the devolved administrations of Scotland and Wales.

ITF Seniors (including both British and International circuits) - it remains that all ITF graded events have been suspended through 31st July 2020. The ITF Seniors (50-55-60) World Team & World Individual Championships have been rescheduled to take place in Boca Raton & Palm Beach Gardens 2021 - actual dates to be announced in due course.
ITF Young Seniors (13-26 September 2020 in Umag, Croatia) and Super-Seniors (11-24 October 2020 in Mallorca, Spain) World Championships both remain on the 2020 calendar.

It would have been Wimbledon fortnight (29 June - 12 July) but ‘virtual’ is the new ‘actual’ for this year’s event. We would encourage members to view the updated Wimbledon Website CLICK HERE where there is much to see, supplemented of course by the BBC showing classic action from previous years.
There is no update regarding resumption of our SLTC of GB fixture list, which can be regarded as being in a similar situation to other tennis clubs around the country. Although playing tennis has resumed, albeit on a limited and controlled basis, there are still issues regarding travel, clubhouse facilities and the social aspects.
Society is opening up but we would still urge our members to err on the side of caution, be sensible and follow the latest Government guidance.
